This early solo album by trumpeter Arturo Sandoval was recorded in Madrid, Spain a few years before his defection from Cuba. Sandoval performs six high-power sides (five original compositions plus A Night in Tunisia") showcasing tremendous technique and ability with his ferocious and rapid licks. The recordings here feature pianist Hilario Dur�n and guitarist Jorge Chicoy.
