At ArkivMusic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of classical recordings and scores. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your ArkivMusic account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging, ensuring that the RA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your return package via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; we recommend keeping your tracking number until the refund is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
